Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 2, 2025
Welcome to Next You. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in relation to our website, which primarily serves as a landing page for our mobile application. If you have any questions or concerns about our policy, or our practices with regards to your personal information, please contact us at support@nextu.app or via LinkedIn: LinkedIn Profile.
1. Information We Collect
Our website is designed to be informational, providing details about the Next You mobile application and allowing you to submit requests.
- Information you provide directly via Email: If you choose to contact us by clicking an email link (e.g., from certain sections of the website), we will collect your email address and any information you voluntarily provide in that email. This interaction is handled by your email client and provider.
- Information you provide via our Invite Request Form: If you choose to use our dedicated "Request Invite" form on the website (available at /request-invite), you will be asked to provide your email address and your reasons for wanting to become a tester. This information is submitted directly to us and stored in our secure database (Firestore, provided by Google) to manage tester applications.
- Information you provide via our Data Deletion Request Form: If you choose to use our "Request Data Deletion" form (available at /request-data-deletion), you will be asked to provide your email address. This information is submitted directly to us and stored in our secure database (Firestore, provided by Google) to process your data deletion request.
- Information collected automatically: Like most websites, our servers may log standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and operating system when you visit our site. This data is used for website operation and analytics and is generally not linked to personal identifiers.
- No User Accounts or Direct Data Submission (other than for invite and deletion requests to Firestore): This website does not have user account creation or login functionality. Features like CV analysis and AI career chat are part of our mobile application, not this website.
2. How We Use Your Information

- To respond to your inquiries sent via email.
- To process and evaluate your application to become a tester if you use our "Request Invite" form. This includes reviewing your provided email address and reasons for interest stored in Firestore.
- To process requests for data deletion submitted via our "Request Data Deletion" form. The email address you provide is stored in Firestore to manage this request.
- To provide you with information about our Next You mobile application.
- To operate, maintain, and improve our website.
- To monitor and analyze website usage to understand how visitors interact with our site.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. Your information may be shared in limited circumstances:
- Email Providers: If you contact us via email, your email data will be processed by your email provider and ours as part of the communication process.
- Database Provider (Firestore): Information submitted through our "Request Invite" and "Request Data Deletion" forms is stored in Firestore, a service provided by Google. Google has its own privacy policies and security measures.
- Service Providers: We may use third-party service providers for website hosting and analytics. These providers only process data on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
